Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect nothing. Echoes of Time is a fully offline game. It has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party data SDKs. The app makes no network connections of its own.

1. Information we collect

None. We do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal information, usage data, device identifiers, or analytics of any kind.

2. Data stored on your device

Your game progress (completed stages, stars, daily-challenge streak, selected skin, and settings) is saved only on your device, using local app storage. It never leaves your device, and we have no ability to access it. Deleting the app deletes this data.

3. Notifications

If you allow notifications, the app schedules a single local reminder about the daily puzzle. These notifications are created and delivered entirely on your device — no server is involved. You can disable them at any time in the app's Settings or in iOS Settings → Notifications, and the permission is never required to play.

4. Purchases

The optional one-time unlock is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or handle your payment details, billing address, or Apple ID. Purchase records are managed by Apple under the Apple Privacy Policy.

5. Children's privacy

The game is rated 4+ and is safe for children: because the app collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent regulations by design — there is simply nothing collected.

6. Your rights (GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws)

Privacy laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Privacy Act grant rights over personal data — access, deletion, portability, and opting out of sale. Because we process no personal data, there is nothing for us to produce, delete, or sell. If you believe we hold any information about you, contact us and we will respond promptly.

7. Changes to this policy

If a future update ever changes what the app does with data (for example, adding optional cloud save), we will update this policy first, change the effective date above, and describe the change plainly. The current promise stands: no collection, no tracking, no ads.
